Rikishi, Hall of Fame Wrestler, officially becomes The First Samoan Superhero by launching Comic Book "Kishi and the Island of Dreams". This production was brought to life by the AnimeHipHop team, written by Eric Cthree McElroy JR. and Illustrated by Aaron Johnson, and Abelard Alexis. Rikishi, the legendary Hall of Fame wrestler of the WWE inducted in 2015, has made history by becoming the first Samoan superhero in the comic and anime world. His new comic book series "Kishi and the Island of Dreams," produced by AnimeHipHop, will feature the full Samoan dynasty and take its readers on exciting adventures through worlds never before explored. The series will dive into historical references parallel to actual Samoan culture, heritage, and way of life. It’s important to highlight, due to the lack of representation of indigenous characters within the comic book and anime industry. It has been a long-standing neglect and Rikishi is committed to change that narrative with this new and upcoming projects. He is passionate and believes that everyone deserves to experience representation in the media, and this comic book is a starting point to this journey.
 

"Kishi and the Island of Dreams" follows the journey of Rikishi's superhero alter-ego, Kishi, as he navigates his way through a magical world full of enchantment, mystery and danger. Along the way, the reader will encounter a cast of diverse characters with their own unique skills and supernatural abilities.
